Everything is linked in Mediawork; from Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Deals, Quotes through to Project Schedules, Cost Tracking and Invoicing. All information is transferred precisely from stage-to-stage ensuring data exchange is accurate, giving time back to you and your team which is better spent on the important tasks and keeping your customers happy.

Yes. We have a free Starter package and free trials on each of our subscription tiers.

Yes. Mediawork allows multi-facility and multi-company management. Simply create your Company profile and add as many associated facilities or companies as you wish.

Via the Company profile (drop-down menu in top left), you have two levels of services.

• Company services: Select the services your company supplies.
• Facility services: Here you can define the service lines you provide including price, cost and ID information. We have provided some placeholders if you wish to use them or simply add your own. Note: if you add cost information, Mediawork will calculate the profit margin on each of your quotes, both at line item level and for the entire project.
