What is post-production scheduling software?

Can I schedule rooms and equipment as well as people?
Yes. People, spaces and equipment are all resources. Book them on the same timeline and filter by job or resource.
Does Mediawork sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
Yes. Confirmed bookings are sent to each person's Google or Microsoft calendar. Sync runs one way, from Mediawork to the calendar. An iCal feed works with any other calendar app.
Does it warn about double-bookings?
Yes. Clashes show on the timeline as soon as they happen, more strongly when a confirmed booking is involved. You can jump from one clash to the next.
Can clients see the schedule?
Clients can follow their own work on a Gantt for each title. They see the progress of what they asked for, not your other bookings.
